Newland Communities, the developers of Cinco Ranch and Seven Meadows, bring us Elyson, a master-planned community zoned for Katy ISD with single-family homes ranging from the $200s up to $700s.

The community’s resort-style pool that is open year-round, has a beach entry for the kiddos and a lap pool for the grownups. Elyson also has a newly built splash pad, tennis courts, a fitness center, and miles of hiking trails. Hike or bike to Mary Jo Peckham Park or to Paul Rushing Park where you can let the pups run off-leash, fish or tee-up for putt-putt.
Zoned for Katy ISD, Elyson has a junior high, high school, and one, but soon to be two, elementary schools. The new elementary school is slated to open in 2020 right inside the community. Bethke Elementary opened in 2016 to served Katy’s growing population of young families. This high-tech elementary was named one of the 31 “2018 Schools Transforming Learning” by the Principals’ Institute.
Stockdick Junior High and Peatow High School share a “learning green” to make the transition from Junior High to High School easier. The Fine Arts departments of the two schools also regularly collaborate and share use of the high school’s 900-seat performing arts center. Peatow facilitates 16 competitive sports for high school students, including swimming in an onsite natatorium. High School students get direction with the help of guest speakers from influential companies like Google. The academic curriculum at Peatow equips students to follow their passion.
With a number of builders to choose from, Elyson is sure to have a floor plan suited for you or let me help you find one that is move-in ready.
